The Industry Cosign Spotlight: Andrea Fairweather
Title: CEO
Company: Fairweather Faces, Inc.
Location: New York, NY
Before Andrea Fairweather made her mark helping network news anchors and stars of film, television and the music world put their best face forward, she was an actress, dancer and choreographer testing out make-up techniques on herself. She was determined to present a signature, fresh face during business meetings, auditions, performances and media interviews.
Others quickly took notice of this Brooklyn, New York native’s knack for “making a face,” and began asking Andrea to work her sweet wonders on them. They appreciated her gift for seeing each face as a unique canvass, drawing out its particular elegance and character. “My goal is not to restructure the face but enhance the beauty that’s already there,” says Andrea, who obtained her certificate for make-up application from Il Makiage and her nail technology license from Christine Valmy.
