LPS Consulting PR’s CEO and Founder, LaTonya Story, has over 18-years of experience working in the public relations, marketing, community relations and sports business consultant space representing high-profile personalities, consumer and corporate brands and non-profit organizations. She began her sports public relations career in 2000-01 volunteering for the Allen Iverson Celebrity Summer Classic in Hampton, VA.
LaTonya has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the 2012 Atlanta Business League’s Success Against the Odds Award, the Women in PR Trailblazers Award in October 2011 and served as a panelist for the organization’s PR Workshop in Miami. In February 2012, LaTonya was awarded the Women Out Front award from Georgia Tech Women’s Basketball for her work in sports in Atlanta and was recognized by Black Enterprise as one of the top sports executives to follow on Twitter.

LaTonya has created events for women in sports including Ladies Pigskin Sundays sponsored by Nissan Next, March Mayhem sponsored by Qream and recently launched the Inaugural Sports Power Brunch: Celebrating the Most Powerful Women in Sports sponsored by WISE Atlanta, Georgia Power and the NFL during Super Bowl week in Atlanta which will be an annual event.
LaTonya attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA and is a member WISE Atlanta, PR Pros Unite and a co-founder of Atlanta PR Pros.
